If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The APIs, digital infrastructure, and tools operated by WISER SOFTSOL for enabling payment processing and related services.

• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the WISER SOFTSOL platform, including both merchants and customers.

• Merchant: A registered business or individual using our APIs and platform to process payments or related activities.

• Customer: An end user who interacts with a merchant, with transactions facilitated by WISER SOFTSOL.

• Services: All offerings provided by WISER SOFTSOL, including but not limited to payment processing, API access, and merchant dashboards.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering or using our services.

• Avoid using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

• Merchants must comply with applicable laws, financial regulations, and payment guidelines in their region.

4. Our Responsibilities

• Maintain reasonable service uptime, performance, and security standards.

• Facilitate transaction processing, routing, status updates, and refunds in accordance with our policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISER SOFTSOL will not be held liable for:

• Failures in service or delivery by merchants.

• Failures caused by third-party providers (e.g., banks, payment gateways, digital wallets).

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability shall be limited to the lesser of the disputed transaction amount or PKR 10,000.

6. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access, with or without prior notice, in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, cyber incidents, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any updates will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
