⚠️ Sub-merchants may collect additional data (e.g., CNIC, email address, postal address, transaction history). Wiser SoftSol does not collect, store, or process such additional data. Customers should review the relevant sub-merchant’s privacy policy for details on how their data is managed.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We use this limited information strictly to:

• Operate and maintain API-based services for sub-merchants

• Ensure secure and reliable transactional processes

• Communicate with sub-merchants about API performance, incidents, or misuse

7. Sub-Merchant Responsibilities

Sub-merchants using Wiser SoftSol APIs must:

• Clearly disclose data collection and usage practices to their customers

• Implement strong security measures to prevent misuse or unauthorized access

Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or termination of API access.

We retain minimal customer data only as long as necessary to:

• Fulfill operational purposes

• Meet legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements

• Detect or investigate fraud or abuse (if applicable)
